2. The card amount is non-refundable once processed.

4. All uploaded documents must be clear and legible.
5. We reserve the right to reject applications with incomplete or fraudulent information.
6. The health card benefits are subject to the terms of the specific plan you select.
7. Card activation may take up to 3 working days after approval.
