Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

MSME Shakti is committed to providing transparent financial services to our customers. This policy outlines our stance on refunds and cancellations related to our loan services.

2. Processing Fees

The processing fees charged for loan applications cover the costs associated with:

• Credit assessment and verification
• Document processing and verification
• Administrative costs
• Third-party verification services

These fees are charged for the processing work done and are not dependent on loan approval.

3. Loan Application Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your loan application, please note:

1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to our customer support team.
2. Cancellation is only possible if the loan has not yet been disbursed.
3. Processing fees paid will not be refunded upon cancellation.
4. Any verification or documentation work already completed will be charged in full.

4. Loan Prepayment

If you wish to prepay your loan:

• Prepayment charges may apply as per your loan agreement terms.
• Interest will be calculated up to the date of prepayment.
• No refunds will be provided for interest or fees already paid.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases where we determine that an exception may apply:

• The decision to provide any refund or adjustment is at the sole discretion of MSME Shakti management.
• Any exceptions must be requested in writing with supporting documentation.
• Approval of exceptions is not guaranteed.
